When importing new blood, we have always followed a policy of acquiring a dog rather than introducing new blood via artificial insemination, as we believe it is important to know a dog intimately, both physically and temperamentally before breeding with it. This can only be done by ongoing daily interaction with a dog in its home environment. A dog tells you so much more about itself than a vial of semen! </FONT></DIV>
